Anita is a registered psychologist, with a Masters in Organisational Psychology, and an authentic and engaging coach, facilitator. She has extensive experience as is a senior organisational development professional supporting leaders to drive positive change through strategic capability and interpersonal development. She is passionate about wellbeing, resilience and supporting people to develop a healthy relationship with stress.
Anita is passionate about supporting leaders to create inclusive and thriving workplaces through knowledge, capability development and support. She draws on her broad experience working with inclusive leadership, adaptive leadership, and systems theory to assist leaders to develop new insight into their current reality, and open their eyes to new possibilities. She can work at a personal, strategic or operational level with a sound understanding of what it takes to adapt and embed change, whilst ensuring the business objectives are met.
Anita is experienced at working within organisations, and as an external consultant. She has worked in both the private and public sectors, and across many industries including financial services, healthcare, community services, transport, aviation, construction, Universities, telecommunications, outsourcing and infrastructure, among others.
