Alisha McGregor

Psychological Health & Safety Manager

Alisha is the Psychological Health & Safety Manager at Mental Health Movement and has been working with the company since 2020. Alisha has a PhD in Organisational Psychology, a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, and a Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety. For the past decade Alisha has conducted research on psychosocial hazards and how they impact workers mental and physical health as well as their productivity. Alisha is also a published author and has presented her research on psychosocial hazards and their health and work outcomes at several conferences both in Australia and internationally. For the past 3 years, Alisha and her team at the Mental Health Movement have developed and implemented their psychosocial risk management program which assists businesses to identify, educate, assess, control, implement and review the psychosocial hazards impacting workers. Outside of work, Alisha lives in Kiama Downs with her husband and two kids, she loves spending time at the beach and likes to keep fit doing Pilates, weight training, and walking.
